FIFTH- ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING(AGM)

On 8th october, 2021, International Veterinary Students’ Association (IVSA) Paklihawa, a local chapter of IVSA Nepal successfully ended the tenure of 2020/2021 and formed a new executive committee through the "FIFTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING(AGM)", where Dr. Yuvraj Panth (Charter President, IVSA Nepal), Dr. Subash Belbase(Former president, ivsa paklihawa), Bishnu Hari Pokhrel (charter EO, IVSA Nepal), Mr. Samin Dahal (Former president, IVSA Rampur), Mr.Aashish Adhakari (President, IVSA Nepal) and other Mo representatives served as a guest.

The formal session of the fifth AGM was started with a welcome speech by Mr.Ashwini Kumar Jha(Exchange officer, IVSA Paklihawa) and was handover to Ms.Suva Shrree Sharma for the overall description of the events and activities conducted and the achievement made by IVSA Paklihawa in the year 2020/2021. The whole formal session was moderated by Mr.Prakash Rawal (Secretary, IVSA Paklihawa).

Then, Mr. Anil Pokhrel (Treasurer,IVSA Paklihawa) Presented a detailed report on the income and expenses that occurred while running the whole tenure( 2020/2021). After that, Dr.Yuvraj Panth, Dr. Bishnu Hari Pokharel, and Dr. Subash Belbase delivered their wonderful speeches with congratulations for the former tenure and best wishes for the new tenure.

Following that, Ms.Pema Sherpa (Standing committee Chair, IVSA Paklihawa) declared Mr. Alok Dhakal as the best Standing Committee coordinator. And Finally, Ms.Suva Shree Sharma declared the ending of the formal session along with her closing remarks.

The election committee was chaired by Mr. Aashish Pariyar (8th sem agriculture, IAAS-Paklihawa) who enlisted the new committee members for the tenure 2021/2022 and with no objection, the newly executive committee was announced under the presidentship of Mr. Prakash Rawal (Former secretary -IVSA Paklihawa). The official program was ended with a "THANK YOU" speech by Mr. Prakash Rawal (President of the tenure 2021/2022).
