IVSA Paklihawa, took a proactive stride towards our objective of Animal Birth Control through a two-days 'Hands-on Training of Canine Neutering' on Jan 19th and 20th, 2024. We delivered a goal to weave a tapestry of love, promoting responsible pet ownership, preventing infectious diseases, eliminating pyometra and overall health complications of our furry friends. Neutering of canines is the easiest and sustainable method of controlling dog population along with round about benefits like control of rabies, zoonosis, etc. It also helps to control a domesticated dog to become less erratic. Guided by the expertise of Dr. Ganga Prasad Yadav and skillfully orchestrated by our program coordinator and 'Standing Committee on Animal Welfare' Ambassador Shiva Prasad Kafle, we not only achieved but surpassed our mission to advocate responsible pet ownership and population control, health and behavioral benefits of our furry friends.We also added feline in the journey.
