As an annual event IVSA Nepal has released Spaying and Castration (Neutering) in dogs this time in Paklihawa Campus, Rupandehi, where our Local Chapter hosted the event for two days i.e., 9th and 10th March, 2017.
We are highly thankful to Himalayan Animal Rescue Trust (HART) for their collaboration annually to help control stray dogs population, ultimately whose goal is to control Rabies, the path aimed by Global Alliance for Rabies Control to eradicate Rabies globally by 2030.
Also, the veterinary students got chance to expose to Spaying and castration techniques as well as anesthesia techniques demonstrated by Dr. Sanjiv Pandit. The organizers are thankful to Dr. Bikash Puri, Mr. Khageshwor Sharma Bhattarai, Chembond Chemicals Ltd., Kantipur Vet Distributors, Nepal Veterinary Concern, Tik Health Care and UCMS Bhairahawa for being supportive hands.
