IVSA Rampur is thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Train New Trainee program, held on 25th April and 1st May 2025, with 20 dedicated participants actively engaging in three transformative sessions designed to build essential professional skills.
Session Highlights:
Session 1:
Handling Difficult Clients: Mr. Susan Aryal, Committee Coordinator of IVSA Global & Past President of IVSA Rampur, shared his expert insights on managing challenging interactions with confidence and professionalism.
Session 2:
Effective Time Management & Leadership Skills: Dr. Apeksha Shrestha, a postgraduate student & Past President of Rotaract Club of Bharatpur Height, guided participants on prioritizing tasks efficiently and leading with purpose.
Verbal Communication: Dr. Rebanta Kumar Bhattarai, leading veterinarian & member of Rotary Club of Bharatpur, empowered students with practical strategies to communicate effectively in both professional and client-facing environments.
This TNT program provided participants not only with theoretical knowledge but also practical, interactive exercises that enhanced confidence, leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. The enthusiasm, participation, and engagement of the students made these sessions a truly memorable learning experience.
