International Veterinary Students Association Rampur (IVSA Rampur) successfully conducted the Program entitled “Rabies resonance; An interactive Play”. On the last day of Rabies week and the auspicious occasion of ‘World Rabies Day 2023’, our team members demonstrated a play on theme “Alll for 1, One Health for All” at Paras Bus Park , Bharatpur -09 , Chitwan. We were able to deliver the message about the incidence of Rabies and its fatal consequeces if ignored, along with the prevention and eradication hacks to impart the behavioural changes in the attitude and knowledge of the people about the Rabies in the locality. Program was formally started by Secretary Ms. Anjal Timilsana and a brief description of Rabies was delivered by the programme co-ordinator Mr. Upendra Chauhan before the actual play. The drama was so well co-ordinately played by the actors highlighting the cases of Rising Rabies and negligence among the Nepalese people. A short QA session was held after the play between the local people and our representatives. We hope that the attendee were able to learn more about this deadly global disease and take a responsibility to eradicate it by 2030 as proposed. We are thankful to all the volunteer and helping hands for their selfless support throughout this event.
