A day event entitled “Veterinary and Medical Talks on Tuberculosis” has been organized by IVSA Nepal on the occasion of World Tuberculosis Day, 24th March 2015 under the banner of IVSA SCOH, IFMSA and IPSF together. The program was based for students at Institute of Agriculture ans Animal Sciences (IAAS) and Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU).

The theme for the day was Reach, Treat, Cure Everyone
The event contained the lectures mainly focussed on Multi Drug Resistant (MDR)- TB, by

Dr.Rebanta Kumar Bhattarai , Associate Professor, Dept. of Microbiology, AFU
Mr. Jaya Ram Duwadi (Head, District Public Health Office,Chitwan)
Around 60 students were benefitted, the event coordinated by EO Yuvraj Panth.
